📦 International Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Please ensure your full name and correct shipping address are provided. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, missing postcode, or recipient absence, the parcel may be returned or discarded.

• Shipping may be delayed due to international airfreight or customs clearance in some countries.

• Customs duties and taxes may be levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Even if the customs notice is not delivered, shipments will not be refunded or canceled due to unpaid customs or local return.

• For smoother clearance, we recommend splitting orders exceeding USD 300.

• A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched.

• ⚠️ Important: If the parcel is delayed, returned, or discarded due to unpaid customs/taxes, refusal at customs, recipient’s absence, or any local delivery issue, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
