Refund policy

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from South Korea. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on Holiholic, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  1. A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at customer@holiholic.com.
  2. Items must be unused, unopened, unworn, and in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, and seals intact.
  3. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
  4. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Important: If a returned item does not meet the above conditions and you did not inform us beforehand, the item will not be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, with no exceptions:

  • Sheet masks and all single-use skincare items
  • Opened cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products
  • Underwear, bras, panties, socks, leggings, and swimwear
  • Earrings, pierced jewelry, and any body-contact accessories
  • Contact lenses (medical devices — non-returnable once accepted)
  • Handmade, custom, or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as Final Sale

No exceptions: If a non-returnable item is sent back to us, it will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We accept claims only for items that are damaged upon arrival or incorrectly sent by us. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and the issue
  • Photos of the product barcode(s)

An item may be considered defective if:

  • You received the wrong item, color, or size
  • The product is physically damaged or missing a component
  • The product information displayed at the time of purchase was materially incorrect

Color disclaimer: Minor color differences due to photography lighting or screen settings are not grounds for a claim. Only significant, obvious color differences will be considered.

Claims submitted after the 3-day window will not be accepted. HOLIHOLIC reserves the right to determine whether a claim meets eligibility criteria.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are issued for the product value only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We do not offer price matching for Black Friday sales, flash sales, or orders that have already been shipped.

Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you by email and refund the amount for that item to your original payment method.

If more than 50% of the items in your order are out of stock, you may choose to cancel the entire order. To do so, please email us within 2 business days of receiving the out-of-stock notification. After this window, we will proceed with shipping the available items. Free shipping eligibility will be maintained regardless of out-of-stock deductions.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact us immediately at customer@holiholic.com if you need to cancel.
