This website is operated by HOLIHOLIC. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from South Korea.

Section 1 — Online Store Terms

By using this site, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, or that you have parental consent. You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose.

A breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our services.

Section 2 — General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of this site or its content without our express written permission.

Section 3 — Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all information is current or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and to cancel orders where errors have occurred.

Product images are for reference only. Actual product appearance, including color, may vary due to monitor settings and manufacturing variations.

Section 4 — Pricing & Service Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without liability to you or any third party.

Section 5 — Products & Orders

All products sold on Holiholic are authentic Korean products sourced directly from official suppliers and distribution channels in South Korea.

We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

Important: In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may offer a suitable replacement, partial shipment, or refund of the unavailable item. We will contact you before taking action.

Free shipping eligibility will be maintained regardless of out-of-stock deductions.

Section 6 — Shipping & International Delivery

All orders are shipped from South Korea. Estimated delivery times begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–18 business days
  • Express Shipping (EMS / DHL): 2–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs processing, local carrier conditions, public holidays, weather, or peak periods. HOLIHOLIC is not liable for delays caused by these factors.

Split shipments: Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages for safety, customs, or availability reasons. This does not affect your free shipping eligibility.

Section 7 — Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

All orders are shipped internationally from South Korea. Import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are determined solely by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

HOLIHOLIC is not responsible for any customs delays, additional charges, or refusals by customs. Failure to pay applicable duties may result in the package being returned, destroyed, or disposed of by customs — in which case HOLIHOLIC is not liable for any loss.

Customs contact: If customs contacts you regarding your shipment, please respond promptly. Delays in responding may result in the package being returned or disposed of. HOLIHOLIC is not responsible for losses resulting from the customer's failure to respond to customs.

For certain destinations, we may adjust declared values or split shipments to facilitate smoother customs clearance. This is done in good faith to assist customers and does not constitute misrepresentation.

Section 8 — Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Please contact our support team at customer@holiholic.com before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all original packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

  • Sheet masks and single-use items
  • Opened cosmetics and skincare products
  • Underwear, socks, and personal hygiene items
  • Earrings and pierced jewelry
  • Contact lenses
  • Any item marked as final sale

Damaged or incorrect items: Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and clear photos of the item and the issue. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. HOLIHOLIC is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

Section 9 — Address & Delivery Issues

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. HOLIHOLIC ships to the address provided at the time of purchase and cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed.

Packages returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address will require an additional reshipping fee. HOLIHOLIC is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to customer-provided address errors.

Section 10 — Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through this site is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Section 11 — Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

HOLIHOLIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or products, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, data loss, or damages resulting from customs delays, carrier delays, or force majeure events.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Section 12 — Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Korea.

Before initiating any formal dispute, we encourage you to contact us at customer@holiholic.com so we can work toward a resolution.

Section 13 — Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
