Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from South Korea. By placing an order on Holiholic, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be longer for pre-order items, made-to-order products, or orders requiring special handling.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

All orders ship from South Korea. Estimated delivery times begin from the shipment date, not the order date.

  • Standard Shipping (Korea Post): 3–18 business days
  • Express Shipping (EMS / DHL): 2–10 business days

Estimates only: Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local carrier conditions, public holidays, weather, or peak periods. HOLIHOLIC is not liable for delays caused by these factors.

Available shipping options may vary by destination, product type, or carrier restrictions.

3. Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and contacting the local carrier when required.

International tracking may temporarily pause once a parcel arrives in your country. The next update typically appears after local customs processing or carrier handover.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped internationally from South Korea. This is a DAP (Delivered At Place) service — the customer is the importer of record.

  • Import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your destination country.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
  • The customer is solely responsible for all customs-related charges.

Non-refundable: If duties or taxes are unpaid, refused, or if a customs notice is missed, the parcel may be returned, destroyed, or disposed of by customs. In such cases, the order is not eligible for cancellation or refund.

HOLIHOLIC is not responsible for delays, confiscation, or non-delivery caused by customs authorities due to local regulations, restricted items, or the customer's failure to respond to customs.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses are not eligible for refund.
  • If a package is returned due to an address error, re-shipping fees will be charged to the customer.
  • In some cases, returned parcels may be disposed of under carrier or customs rules and are not refundable.

For payment security reasons, we ship only to the address provided at checkout. If you need to change the address, please request cancellation before shipment and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We accept claims only for items that are damaged upon arrival or incorrectly sent by us. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and the issue
  • Your order number

Delivered parcels: Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. HOLIHOLIC is not responsible for loss or theft occurring after delivery. For non-delivered parcels, a refund or replacement is available only after the carrier officially confirms the shipment as lost.

Depending on the case and evidence provided, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.

7. Partial Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability, weight limits, or logistics conditions. This does not affect your free shipping eligibility if your order originally qualified.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, HOLIHOLIC may submit carrier tracking records, shipping labels, delivery confirmation, and other documentation as evidence. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and reserve the right to take appropriate action.
