Shipping policy

-All orders ship directly from Holiholic headquarters in South Korea.
-Shipping cost is calculated from Korea to the destination country.
-Every order is normally shipped out within 2- 7 business days from the time of receiving the order.
-We are unable to ship to the following address: P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO, Military Addresses.
-For customs clearance purposes, we request that you divide your orders for purchases that exceed USD 300.
-[COVID-19 issue] Our shipping options and costs are constantly changing due to COVID 19. Please see the shipping options on our checkout page. In several countries, airfreights remain restricted, leading to delivery delays.

Orders are shipped within 2 to 7 business days (M-F) of purchase and delivery time takes 3-40 business days depending on shipping options.
Processing time for special demand or pre-order pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description.
- When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
**International Shipping to some countries may not be available or more delayed than normal due to COVID 19. We will notify you via email with alternative options if this is the case.

We are currently using DHL Express and standard International shipping services.

All orders ship directly from Holiholic headquarters in South Korea. *We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

We ship to anywhere in the world via DHL & Qxpress International shipping. 

We are currently using DHL for Express Shipping (2-3 business days) and Qxpress for Standard Shipping (5-12 business days).

DHL Economy service is currently not open to all countries. Please see shipping options at the checkout.

Sorry, Now some countries are temporarily not accepting standard shipping and free shipping, only shipped by express shipping because of COVID 19.

 

For Tracking, please note below,
1. It could take some time for the tracking information to show on the above.
2. You don't need to worry if your status stays longer in the status, "Starting Delivery to the Destination Country".
It's included the process in the local airport in that shipping status. It means your package already arrived in your country, not in Korea.
3. Your tracking number will be updated as a local tracking number of DHLe and USPS when it passed customs.

Destination countries may levy taxes on your purchased goods, which the receiver will be responsible for.

We are not responsible for unpaid customs taxes, and will not provide refunds for orders sent back due to customs issues.

Please check your county’s customs policies before placing your order.

Holiholic is not responsible for packages sent back due to factors outside our control, such as the absence of the recipient, customs, etc. Additional shipping charges will result from such situations, which is not the same as our usual discounted shipping charge. When a shipment is sent back, there will be an email regarding the situation, and when proper action is not taken within 3 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the shipment.
