1. The customers in Australia and New Zealand must use express shipping for edible items such as supplements.
Because for All AUS and NZ customers, all edible products including supplements, tea, coffee, snacks, etc. are restricted by recent local customs rules due to COVID-19.
2. If your order edible items, free shipping can not be applied as well.
(If your order meets the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping fee will be adapted instead of free shipping.)
3. Please be careful when you choose a shipping option, If you don't choose an incorrect shipping option, your order will be automatically canceled.


SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME 

Orders are shipped within 2 to 7 business days (M-F) of purchase and delivery time takes 2-10 business days
depending on shipping options. Processing time for special demand or pre-order pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description.
When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

We are currently using DHL Express and Qxpress International shipping services.
All orders ship directly from Holiholic headquarters in South Korea. *We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Please use a physical address when ordering from Holiholic.com.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship to anywhere in the world via DHL & Qxpress International shipping. 
We are currently using DHL for Express Shipping (2-3 business days) and Qxpress for Standard Shipping (5-12 business days).
DHL Economy service is currently not opened to all countries. Please see shipping options at the checkout.

TRACK MY PACKAGE

 

For Tracking, please note below,
1. It could take some time for the tracking information to show on the above.
2. You don't need to worry if your status stays longer in the status, "Starting Delivery to the Destination Country".
It's included the process in the local airport in that shipping status. It means your package already arrived in your country, not in Korea.
3. Your tracking number will be updated as a local tracking number of DHLe and USPS when it passed customs.


DUTIES AND CUSTOMS

Destination countries may levy taxes on your purchased goods, which the receiver will be responsible for.
We are not responsible for unpaid customs taxes, and will not provide refunds for orders sent back due to customs issues.
Please check your county’s customs policies before placing your order.



FAILURE TO DELIVER

Holiholic is not responsible for packages sent back due to factors outside our control, such as the absence of the recipient, customs, etc.
Additional shipping charges will result from such situations, which is not the same as our usual discounted shipping charge.
When a shipment is sent back, there will be an email regarding the situation, and when proper action is not taken within 3 days,
we reserve the right to dispose of the shipment.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES (International)

We happily accept most unused and unworn jewelry within 7days of the ship date for a full refund.
Used, opened cosmetics and brand items are non-returnable/non-refundable.
You will be responsible for the cost of postage/courier for returned goods unless the original item was shipped in error or there is a problem with the items that you can prove with pictures.
We are not responsible for lost return packages, and you must insure and track your packages. Please address all returns to:
