SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping options and costs are constantly changing due to covid 19. Please see shipping options on our checkout page. We will go back to our standard shipping options once shipping carriers stabilizes their shipping fees & options. Due to the reason, for now, we are not using ems or international air mail service for safer and faster shipping.
The shipping cost is automatically calculated from the warehouse to the destination country. Every order is normally shipped out within 1-5 days from the time of receiving the order. If a shipping delay occurs, we inform customers of the issue within 72 hours.


**CUSTOMS** (IMPORTANT)
Customers have to check each countries customs regulation and the limit value by themselves.
Customers who wish to purchase more than the limit custom value, we firmly recommend you place two separate orders to avoid customs issues.

REFUND
Only for Defected and Incorrect item.

3. The serial number found on the product tag or product packaging

EXCHANGE
Exchange is can't be allowed for all products that we are selling in our store. But customers can return it and reorder.
We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for a different product.

RETURN
We prohibit the return for cross border sales. But for some special cases, we will consider accepting returning the item and the product must be in its original packaging and unused. If the customer opened or used the product, we do not accept the return request from the customer.
